Kovalon Returns and 120-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every product comes with a 120-day money-back guarantee. You have 120 days from the day your device arrives to try it at home, and if it is not right for you, you are covered.
Because this is a try-it guarantee, you are meant to use it. Give it a fair go over several weeks. In most cases you will not even need to ship anything back to us. We will simply arrange your refund and you can keep or recycle the device, and we will confirm the details when you get in touch.
How to start
Email us at info@kovalon.com with your order number and a quick note on how you got on. We will reply with the next steps and sort your refund. Please contact us first rather than posting anything back on your own, so we can handle it the simplest way for you.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email info@kovalon.com straight away and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. No need to wait out the guarantee period for this.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to contact us about the one you have, and once that is sorted, place a new order.
UK and EU cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This sits on top of the 120-day guarantee, so you are never worse off.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved we will email to confirm, and you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not seen it, contact us at info@kovalon.com.
