Kovalon Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping

Every Kovalon order ships free, with tracking, and with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 4 to 9 working days after dispatch. In practice that means most orders arrive within roughly 5 to 10 working days from the moment you place them. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and can occasionally run a little longer during busy periods or because of carrier or customs delays that are outside our control.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the European Union. If your country does not appear at checkout, email us at info@kovalon.com and we will see what we can do.

Tracking your order

Every order is sent with tracking. Once your parcel is dispatched you will get an email with a link to follow it. International tracking scans can sometimes lag by a day or two, so if it looks quiet for a short while there is usually no need to worry. If something does not look right, just reach out and we will look into it for you.

Customs and import charges

For most orders there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. In the event that your country applies an import duty, tax or customs charge, that charge is set by your local authorities and is the responsibility of the customer. If you ever have a question about this, contact us and we will help you understand what to expect.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as this is the single most common cause of a delayed delivery. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. We are not able to take responsibility for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time past the estimate, email us at info@kovalon.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier for you and make it right. You are also covered by our 120-day money-back guarantee, so you are never left out of pocket.
